Balanse / Ubalanse
This ongoing project explores our connection to soil and biodiversity. Composting, cultivation and harvesting are the basis of our lives, and form part of a rich interaction with nature. Some of the life in the soil and the species there can be observed, while most are hidden from us. The transformation of biodegradable material into compost soil over time appears as an almost magical process. We are nature, but our interaction quickly leads to imbalance.
